Abstract Submission Guideline





The 20th WCNDT 2020 Organizing Committee invites all interested participants to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations through which the most updated research results and interesting cases around the world can be shared. Abstract submissions should be made through the online abstract submission system at the 20th WCNDT 2020 website.

How to Submit Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations

Sign up for the website Go to the'Submission' Page after you log in Read through the submission guidelines Click the'Online Submission' button Input information requested and submit your abstract step by step Your abstract submission is completed
  • All abstracts must be submitted through the conference website. (Abstracts submitted In different ways other than through the online system will not be accepted.)
  • Registration of papers will only be considered if they are submitted completely together with all requested data and abstracts.
  • Abstracts should be typed in English, and the submitter is responsible for verifying typing errors.
  • Authors have to classify their papers into the given topics; two topics can be selected in order of priority.
  • Authors should indicate their preference for oral presentation or poster presentation. However, the final decision will be made by the scientific committee.
  • Abstracts Should be more than 200 words in length.
  • Tables and figures are not permitted.
  • An acknowledgement of the receipt of your abstract submission will be automatically sent to both the submitter and the presenting author by e-mail upon his/her online submission.
  • Abstracts may be modified until the abstract submission deadline of 24:00, October 31(Thur.), 2019 Korean time.
  • Authors will be informed of the acceptance of their abstracts in November 30 (Sat.), 2019.
  • Acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the all authors. The information can also be found on 'My Page' of the submitter of the conference website.
  • Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register for 20th WCNDT 2020 by no later than January 31, 2020.
  • If a student wants to present two papers or more, then the full registration is required.
  • The extended abstracts (At least 2 pages, Up to 4 pages) of accepted abstracts must be submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings by March 31, 2020.
  • The 20th WCNDT 2020 has arranged special issues with 10 SCI(E) international journals listed On the SCI(E) Journal Lists page. Authors who wish to submit full length papers that will be peer-reviewed for Publication in a special issue of archival journals, please refer to the instructions that will be posted when the online Extended Abstract submission system is opened.
